- Concept stage includes discussion of the project, specifics and wishes of the client and final price.
- Divided into three parts; 50% is due upon project approval, 25% is due upon concept and/or
program approval and 25% is due upon completion of the entire project.
- Design stage is the development of the project and all modifications that were made in the
